Kappa Manners

The illustration is based on Japanese folklore about the Kappa monster a trickster being with a dish like shell on its head containing its life water and should it spill then their muscles freeze. The Chinese Boy and the Japanese Girl learned their lessons well. I used dynamic symmetry techniques to layout the composition.
